Whitney is a certified American Water Works Association Public Water Official. Whitney is focused on sustainable efforts for water treatment and distribution, infrastructure renewal, operations, maintenance, and metrics to reduce risk in the water supply.
As a Population Health Executive at Cerner Corporation, public health and community care management themes are integral to the strategy she shares with executive Healthcare leadership.

Whitney was born and raised in Kansas City and attended Bishop Miege High School. Whitney is the oldest of three kids and is Aunt Whitney to two nephews 7 and 2 years old and one niece who is 4.
Whitney has a B.A. in International Affairs and Spanish for the Professions from Marquette University.
She also earned her Executive Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis to support her ongoing role in community leadership.
